Theragun Percussion Massager

  • Use: Handheld deep-tissue vibration device

  • Good For:  Reducing soreness, breaking up adhesions, and accelerating recovery

  • Comparison: 16 mm depth and 60 lbs of pressure.  Durable and long lasting but expensive.  Great for bigger muscles and those who like deep tissue massage.

4KOR Percussion Gun

  • Use: Handheld deep-tissue vibration device

  • Good For:  Reducing soreness, breaking up adhesions, and accelerating recovery

  • Comparison: 14 mm depth but up to 56 lbs of pressure before stalling.  Significantly cheaper than the Theragun and great midrange product for the cost.  Highly recommend for 90% of patients.

  • Use: Uses NIR light to promote healing at the cellular level.

  • Good For:  Reducing inflammation, relieving joint pain, and accelerating recovery.​

  • Use: Elastic bands designed to assist stretching, warm-ups, and mobility drills

  • Good For:  Improving flexibility, reducing muscle tightness, aiding rehab exercises, and supporting athletic performance
