Lasting relief, not quick fixes.
Back pain, neck stiffness, a shoulder that won't let you sleep — we relieve the pain and address the movement problem that caused it. Built for people in Fort Worth who are tired of temporary fixes.

Find what hurts. Fix why it's overloaded.
Back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, a shoulder that won't let you sleep — pain changes how you move, train, and live. And too often, treatment stops at temporary relief.
We take a different approach. First we find what hurts. Then we find the movement problem that keeps overloading it — the stiff hip, the weak core, the compensation pattern you don't know you have. Hands-on treatment calms the pain. Fixing the movement keeps it from coming back.

How we treat what hurts.
Chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy — hands-on myofascial work, IASTM, cupping, and dry needling — and spinal decompression to calm pain and restore movement fast. Hands-on care is the start of your plan, not the whole plan.
Your first visit, start to finish.
Conversation
We start by listening — where it hurts, when it started, what you've tried, and what you want to get back to.
~10 minutesExam & movement assessment
We examine the painful area, then assess how you move — because the spot that hurts is rarely the whole story.
~20 minutesTreatment & plan
We walk you through what we found and start treatment the same day — adjustments, soft tissue work, or both. You leave with a written plan and your first exercises.
~30 minutesTotal visit: roughly 60 minutes. Follow-ups are one-on-one 30- or 60-minute visits.
Time, evidence, and a plan that lasts.
One-on-one care
Every visit is 30 or 60 minutes with Dr. Taylor — not a rushed three-minute adjustment.
Evidence-based methods
Blending chiropractic, manual therapy, dry needling, and corrective exercise — matched to what your body needs.

Real relief, from real patients.
"I have never been a real fan of chiropractors, but he came very highly recommended from a friend. I've been dealing with a hip issue for decades. With my first visit he worked on the specific areas and showed me what stretches and exercises to do. It has been decades since I have not been in pain — and this was just on my first visit."
Most patients notice their pain is significantly reduced — often dramatically — within the first 4 to 5 visits. Lasting relief takes a little longer, because it comes from strengthening and stabilizing the body, not just calming symptoms. We'll map out a realistic timeline for your specific problem at your first visit.
The questions we hear most.
How many visits will I need?
Most patients feel meaningful relief within their first 4 to 5 visits. How long lasting results take depends on what's driving the problem and how long it's been building — we'll lay out a clear plan and timeline at your evaluation, and adjust it as you progress.
Do you accept insurance?
We're a cash-based clinic, which lets us spend real time with you instead of treating to insurance restrictions. We're happy to provide superbills you can submit for reimbursement.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly — no physician referral needed.
