FIX YOUR BODY... FIX YOUR SWING!
GOLF MOVEMENT SCREEN IN FORT WORTH
A Titleist Performance Institute based body and movement screen built for golfers —
to find what's limiting your distance, consistency, and recovery, then fix it
We don't coach your swing. We fix the body that has to make it.

What's in a Golf Movement Screen
A golf movement screen is a head-to-toe look at how your body moves — and how those movements show up in your swing. We use the TPI assessment system (the same one PGA Tour players go through) to find the physical limits that turn into swing faults, distance loss, or pain. By the end, you know what's holding your game back and exactly what to do about it.
-
Mobility and flexibility testing — Hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, wrists, ankles. Where you're stuck, your swing pays the price.
-
Stability and motor control — Can your body hold the positions your swing demands, or is it compensating?
-
Strength screen — Trunk, hips, grip. The engine behind clubhead speed and post-round recovery.
-
Swing characteristics review — Common faults like early extension, loss of posture, or over-the-top — matched back to your body's specific limitations.
-
Written corrective plan — What to work on, how to work on it, and what to expect when you do.
-
Hands-on treatment when it'll help — Soft tissue work and adjustments to restore mobility quickly, so the corrective work has somewhere to land.
Initial evaluation runs about 60 minutes.
Sound Familiar?
Tired of Inconsistency
Most golfers blame their grip or setup when their swing falls apart—but it’s usually fatigue. When your body can’t repeat the same motion under pressure, your swing gets messy. Train for control and endurance, not perfection.
Hidden Injuries that Creep Up
Pain rarely shows up out of nowhere — it builds from stiffness that goes ignored. You lose a little hip rotation, your low back picks up the slack. Your shoulders tighten, your swing path changes. It’s a slow domino effect until one day it hurts just to finish your follow-through. Fix the stiffness early, and you fix the swing before it breaks you
Post Round Stiffness
If you’re sore for two days after a round, that’s not just age — that’s inefficiency. When your body moves well, recovery is faster because your muscles are doing their job instead of fighting bad positions. Mobility isn’t about touching your toes — it’s about making your swing effortless and repeatable. Recover faster, play more, and stop needing two Advil and a rest day after 18 holes
Pain isn't the problem. It's the symptom.
The discomfort, the distance loss, the post-round stiffness — those are signals. Your body is telling you something can't keep up. The screen finds what.
What to Expect on Your First Visit
-
Conversation: We start by listening. Where it hurts, what you've tried, what you want out of your game. About 10 minutes.
-
Golf and Fitness Screen: We test mobility, stability, strength, and the specific movement patterns your swing depends on. About 20 to 25 minutes.
-
Plan and Treatment: We walk you through what we found, what it means for your swing, and what we're going to do about it. If hands-on treatment will help that day, we do it then. You leave with a written plan and your first exercises to work on. About 25 to 30 minutes.
Total visit: roughly 60 minutes.
Meet Dr. Taylor
Dr. Jeremy Taylor is a sports chiropractor and the owner of Taylor Made Integrative Therapy. He's been treating Fort Worth golfers, athletes, and active adults since opening the clinic in 2016, and has called Fort Worth home for more than two decades.
He's TPI Medical 3, Fitness 2, and Power 2 certified — trained in the same body-swing assessment used by tour players and the coaches who work with them. His bigger focus is the everyday golfer: the weekend player, the senior tour regular, the guy trying to keep up with his buddies. The goal isn't a perfect swing on video. It's a body that lets you play longer, swing stronger, and recover faster.
His approach: pain is a signal, not a sentence. Find what's actually overloaded, fix the movement underneath it, and build the strength to keep it that way.

What Fort Worth Golfers Are Saying
"I'm a golf professional who hasn't chosen to get therapy in times where I should have. Recently, I hurt my left shoulder and it hurt to follow thru... He is a pro at what he does and he got to work on my shoulder. Two days later I just played 9 holes pain free. Incredible!" - Charleton D., PGA Golf Pro
"I feel so good after my appointment with Dr Taylor, everything is nice and loose with better range of motion. He even took some time showing me that my shoulders were not in the proper position when I was carrying things and that bled over into a posture correction so my shoulders sit properly while just moving about during the day. I'm definitely going back and I've already recommended him to friends and family." - Monte M., PGA Golf Pro
