Care built around how you move.

Every visit starts with one question: what's driving the problem? Pain, stiffness, lost distance off the tee, a swing that feels off — those are symptoms. We find the movement, mobility, or strength issue underneath, then build a plan that fixes the source, not just the surface. Whether you're a golfer, a CrossFit athlete, a weekend lifter, or an active adult who wants to keep doing what you love, the goal is the same: move better, feel better, perform better.

Golfer? Your game gets its own assessment.

Our TPI body-swing evaluation connects your physical limitations to specific swing faults, lost power, and pain on the course — then builds the mobility, stability, and strength to fix both.

The TPI Golf Movement Screen

  • Where mobility and stability are limiting your swing
  • The body-driven cause behind faults like early extension
  • A corrective plan matched to your body and your game
  • Drills you can take straight to the range
What We Use to Get You There

The specific tools behind every plan.

Most visits combine several of these based on what your body needs that day. Here's what each one is, and who it helps.

Assessments — Finding the Root Cause

Before treatment, we find out exactly why you're hurting or why your performance has plateaued. These are the screens we use.

Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

A movement-based diagnostic that breaks down fundamental patterns — bending, twisting, reaching — to pinpoint whether your problem is a mobility restriction, a stability issue, or both. Best for: recurring pain or athletes who need answers beyond a basic injury check.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

A scored screen that evaluates how you move through key patterns like squatting, lunging, and reaching — revealing imbalances, weaknesses, and mobility limits that raise injury risk. Best for: active adults and athletes who want to prevent injury and move more efficiently.

TPI Golf Movement Screen

A Titleist Performance Institute body-swing assessment that connects your physical limitations to specific swing faults, lost power, or pain on the course. Best for: golfers of any level who want to play longer and hit farther. See the full golf screen →

Treatments — Relieving Pain & Restoring Motion

Hands-on care that gets pain down and motion up quickly, so we can layer in the strength and corrective work that makes results last.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Controlled, specific force applied to joints that aren't moving well — most often the spine, but also shoulders, hips, and ankles. Reduces pain, improves range of motion, and restores efficient mechanics for swings, sprints, lifts, and daily life. What to expect: mild soreness for 24–48 hours is possible, similar to post-workout soreness.

Myofascial Release

A hands-on technique targeting tight muscle and fascia to restore mobility and reduce pain. Breaks up adhesions, improves flexibility, and lets you move without restriction. What to expect: mild soreness or occasional bruising that resolves quickly.

IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

A stainless-steel tool used to glide over tight, restricted tissue — breaking up adhesions and scar tissue, improving mobility, and stimulating healing in stubborn muscle and fascia. A precise complement to hands-on myofascial work. What to expect: temporary redness and mild tenderness that fade within a day or two.

Dry Needling

Thin, sterile needles placed into trigger points or dysfunctional tissue to release tension, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. Often produces immediate relief and better muscle activation — especially for stubborn trigger points, tendon issues, and overuse injuries. What to expect: temporary soreness or minor bruising.

Cupping Therapy

Suction cups lift tissue to improve circulation and release tension. Unlike massage, which compresses, cupping pulls upward to create space for blood flow — reducing tightness, speeding recovery, and improving mobility. What to expect: temporary circular marks and mild tenderness that fade within a few days.

Spinal Decompression

A non-surgical, computerized traction treatment that gently reduces pressure on spinal discs and nerves, improving blood flow and hydration to the area. Effective for disc bulges and herniations, degenerative disc changes, sciatica, and nerve symptoms like tingling or numbness. What to expect: some mild soreness or fatigue afterward, usually resolving within 24–48 hours.

Performance & Recovery — Making Results Last

Pain relief is the first goal. Long-term control is the bigger one. This is the work that prevents the next flare-up and unlocks better performance.

Corrective & Functional Exercise

Personalized movements that address the weaknesses, imbalances, and faulty patterns driving your pain or performance problem — building the mobility, stability, and strength your body needs to move efficiently on the course, in the gym, or in daily life. What to expect: minimal side effects; mild soreness if a movement is new to you.

Near-Infrared & Red Light Therapy

Low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that stimulate cellular repair, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. Accelerates recovery, eases muscle soreness, and supports soft-tissue healing — non-invasive and safe. What to expect: most patients feel nothing during or after; occasional warmth or temporary redness.
