Fix your body. Unlock your potential. Perform at your best
Whether you're a CrossFit athlete chasing a PR, a weightlifter dealing with a cranky shoulder, or a weekend athlete who wants to stay in the game, your body is the foundation of your performance. If mobility, stability, or strength is holding you back, your sport will expose it.
At our Fort Worth clinic, we use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to find your body's weak links, then build a plan to fix them, so you can train harder, compete better, and recover faster.
Common Performance Problems We See

Limited Mobility
Hips, torso, shoulders

Core Weakness
Power leaks under load

Poor Stability
Inconsistency and injury

Training Pain
Back, shoulder, knee, elbow
How We Get You There

Chiropractic & Soft Tissue Therapy
Adjustments, dry needling, and manual therapy to restore function and reduce pain.
Corrective and Functional Exercise
Targeted drills that fix the weak links your movement screen finds, done in office and programmed for home.

Build durability and power for long-term improvement.

I’ve been an athlete my entire life (former gymnast/cheerleader, now CrossFitter and ultramarathoner) and have dealt with plenty of overuse injuries. Jeremy consistently gets me pain-free in 1-2 sessions, which is incredible. - Suzi P.
FAQs
-
Do I need to be injured to benefit? Not at all. Many athletes come in to improve performance and prevent injury even if they feel fine.
-
Most patients feel a difference after their first visit, since treatment starts the same day as your screening. Bigger changes in how you move and perform build over the next 3 to 5 sessions, and lasting improvement depends on your starting point and goals — we'll map that out together at your first visit.
